MQW series jet mill used in this project is a new type of high-precision fluidized bed jet mill with built-in precision grading wheel. Its single machine capacity is large-scale, with the maximum hourly capacity of 1 ton for ternary materials, lithium cobalt oxide and lithium manganate, and the maximum hourly capacity of 3 tons for lithium iron phosphate and lithium carbonate. The particle size range of finished products is d50:1-45 μm. The particle size distribution can be adjusted flexibly. According to the needs of battery products, ceramic materials such as alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide and silicon nitride can be selected for the lining of the equipment to minimize the intake of impurities and ensure the purity of the product. In addition, the system adopts closed-loop inert gas protection, the air content is always kept at a minimum, and the water intake is reduced as much as possible.
MQW series air flow crushing production line follows the concept of environmental protection, adopts plastic burning plate to filter and remove dust, and the filtration precision can reach 0.1 μm. The whole system is airtight, with less dust, low noise, clean production process and low emission.
