Working Principle & Advantages

When the wet material enters the machine, it is ground by high-speed and strong force in the inhaled hot air (the linear speed of crushing is 90 m/s). The collision, friction, and shearing effect of the material and the material make the material quickly refined and quickly dehydrated. Collected by the rear receiving device.

  • The high-speed and high-temperature crushing shaft bearing is equipped with a hydraulic station for lubrication and cooling, and has the function of automatic oil cut-off protection.
  • The lower end of the crushing shaft adopts a tray-type multi-layer seal to prevent oil leakage and ensure the cleanliness of the work site; the shaft and base of the crushing part have good structural rigidity, high critical speed, stable operation of the host, and no vibration.
  • The performance of the hydraulic station is perfect, and the return oil is pre-filtered and fine-filtered and then pumped into the main engine bearing to ensure that the service life of the bearing can reach several years. There is a pressure gauge indicating the oil intake on the hydraulic station to avoid excessive oil intake causing the bearing to be immersed in the oil and stir the oil to heat up. The hydraulic station is equipped with an automatic oil cut-off protection device.
