Dolomit kristali, trigonal kristal sisteminin bir karbonat mineralidir. Kimyasal bile\u015fimi CaMg(CO3)2 olup genellikle demir, manganez ve di\u011fer benzer izomorflarla (magnezyum yerine) birlikte bulunur.
